2 years, 100 lbs

For the record, yes it's been two years since I created this blog. In that time I lost & regained 50 lbs (hence 100 lb title). I fractured my tailbone at the peak of the weight regain and am now more determined than ever to heal, get fit, and live healthy! 4 weeks post-injury and I am down ten lbs. I'm being guided by an incredible RMT/acupuncturist/yoga instructor and a registered dietician. This time around I need to lose 100 lbs, not yoyo a 100 lbs.
