Whew
That was an emotionally exhausting few days. Drama, stress, fear and worry make it hard to stay on track, but luckily I haven't gone completely off the rails and picked up a ginger ale. I have not been snacking enough or hitting my daily calorie goals but I am getting closer. My broken tailbone has healed up enough now to start back into yoga with some altered postures, so I am hopeful I can find the time to start exercising more. I honestly don't know that I've ever felt this weak, and I'm looking forward to changing that.
