What did we do before apps

I got the myfitnesspal app for the iPhone. It's incredible, I've learned so much about me in one night including that I am still under-eating. I need to consume at least 200 more calories at breakfast to lose weight. Yes you read that right. For anyone confused by how an obese person can claim to under-eat please read the following thread.
